Philipp Kerksieck

Philipp is a postdoc at the Public & Organizational Health Division / Center of Salutogenesis / Epidemiology, Biostatistics & Prevention Institute. Digitalization calls for employee proactivity in individual work re-design (job crafting). His research focuses on how employees proactively craft a fit between their individual needs and their situation at work for wellbeing and health. He is currently pursuing this research interest in the SNF-funded project Craft4Health and a DSI-funded global survey on the future of work. Moreover, he is interested in working and living conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on mental health.
